These terms of use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Scoutly app and the services provided through the app (“Services”). By downloading, installing, or using Scoutly, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please stop using the app immediately.

All content in Scoutly, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, belongs to Scoutly or our licensors and is protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reproduce this content without our express permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Scoutly is provided “as is”, without any warranties, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential damages or losses arising in connection with the use of the service, including but not limited to lost data or lost business opportunities.
9. Changes to the Service and Terms
